wrist and put this bracelet on and off above the wrist bone on thumb side only.

How will you know what  size your wrist measures?  Get a soft cloth tape measure and measure your wrist

all the way around at the base of your wrist below the wrist bone toward your hand right where your hand bends.

Just bring that tape all the way around to the same spot so the end

meets up to the measurement of your wrist.  

Be sure you don’t hold that tape too tight hold it just as you
