Our History...
Mudhead Gallery was established by
Dean & Lois Joseph in 1985.
No longer our location, the Grand Hyatt Hotel,
in downtown Denver, Colorado,
was their original location.
A second location at the Hyatt in
Beaver Creek, Colorado,
was sold to Dick and Mary Cabela after 13 years
of operation. Additionally, the Joseph’s operated a
third location at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver
for 15 years and closed it in 2005, to consolidate
into the original gallery located at the
Grand Hyatt in Denver, Colorado.
Mudhead Gallery sells museum-quality
Native American Southwestern Art, including a
huge collection of Contemporary and Pawn Jewelry,
Rugs,Hopi Kachina Dolls & Fetishes,over 500 pieces of
Pueblo Pottery. We carry also a fantastic selection
of Western & Wildlife bronzes that are quite impressive.
We also buy on occasion items of interest such as items
similar to what we carry, for resale so if you
have something just call and ask for Lois.
