who created this beautiful graduated 2 strand necklace

using only the finest of beads incorporating 

Lone Mountain Turquoise, Angel Skin Coral, Orange Coral,
Lapis, Sugilite and Australian Opal
to create this beautiful combination of lapidary perfection.
Only the finest of beads have been used 
This two strand has been restrung and had handmade silver cones added
from a multi-strand necklace that the Mudhead Gallery 
owner has and she wanted less strands 
so she took this off of her necklace she currently owns.  
End to end this necklace measures 201/4".  
The longest this necklace could be is 20"
the shortest it could be worn is 17 1/4".   
Weighs 63.4grams.
