Purchased out of a private collection this lovely Zuni fetish necklace
featuring 14 jet black carved birds and 17 jet black round beads
strung with double string, so it flows nicely, on white clam shell heishi.
This makes for a nice contrast of shapes as well as
of color of black and white composition.
Black and white colors when worn together
make for a nice dramatic effect.

This necklace measures 28"at the shortest length, then the longest that this necklace can currently
can be worn is 29 1/2". Weight is 21.1 grams.
White clam shell heishi beads measure 3 1/2mm.
Birds measure 1/8"H (widest), tapering x 1"L.
Silver cones have an obviously carved Saguaro cactus
on each cone. Then on one cone there is an engraving of
this: CTPK8 KYRL.
Not sure what this indicates nor who the artist is
