SANTA CLARA PUEBLO MINIATURE RED INCISED DEER VASE REVERSIBLE MAE TAPIA SOLD

SOLD Acquired from a private miniature collection this lovely small reversible deer vase by Mae Tapia.

One side shows deer laying down in the grass whereas other side you can view the deer running.

Really alot happening on just one pot and by only using such a small surface to create such beauty!

All incised using two different colors as well as two different textures.  Smooth red and incised tan. 

We currently have 3/1/21 two other miniature or small deer pots most similar to this. 

We also have 2 larger deer pots one laguna one Zuni

having a deer motif, both much larger.

Measurements are 3/4"H x 3/4"W.
