this lovely Tufa Cast ring made from 14k Gold

using white opal and black onyx

separated by 14k gold wire.

Tufa cast is created by creating your design into lava rock then pouring in this case liquid gold into your design. Similar to sandcasting where your design is made into the sand prior to pouring your metal into the sand, however with sandcasting you are pouring

your metal into sand and not lava.

This ring is a size 7.  Ring measures 1/4"H tapering

down to a 2/16"H at the back of the band.
