SALE PENDING Acquired from a private estate this lovely rare Sugilite ring by award winning artist Andy Kirk.

This stone, Sugiite is rare and is no longer being mined.  It originally came from a mine in South Africa. 

We in the past have sold many of Andy Kirks works.  He has entered his fine works in many competitions

becoming an award winning artist.  When artists compete and win awards then their works command a higher price.

The Sugilite ring measures 1 3/4"H X 3/8"W domed.  This is a size 8 being one of a kind and has a very unique design.

In gram weight this ring weighs 12.2grams.

On one side is a greek key design.  On the obverse is a full figured Yei from plum to toes.

Each side design takes up 7/8"L, the remaining band 5/8"W then displays the beauty of gold

shiny with no design, more flat in shape.

This ring was loved and worn and only at the back of the band is the only place

where you can even see that it was even worn.

This ring shows normal wear for a ring of this age. Andy was creating these rings in the 80-90's.

The artist has since passed so unless we purchase one of his pieces from a private estate 

will not be getting any more of his works.
