Carl & Irene Clark are the Navajo artists of this multistone, multi inlay, sterling silver bracelet.
This bracelet graduates in colored stones from a diamond shaped coral surrounded by lapis then
descending into a turquoise & then into a red/orange coral, going from one color into another ever so gradually, including the use of mother of pearl,Lapis,& Sugilite.
In addition to this graduation of color and stone design, the Navajo Yei figure or Navajo God figure,
is intricately, centrally inlaid into the design of the bracelet and that has its own varying degrees of
stone color shown in rectangular forms. This bracelet is really amazing in so many ways, one being,
the way the each stone is individually cut into microscopic rectangular pieces and then individually
inset together to create the beauty of the very flow of the design and in addition, being able to capture
displaying a remarkable acuracy in perfection of stone placement on a microscopic level.
Bracelet measures 6 1/2" all the way around on the inside end to end. This bracelet measures 3/4"wide.
Outside of bracelet end to end measures 6 7/16" with a 1 1/8" opening. The inlay in this bracelet
measures 1/2"W and does not taper. The bracelet has a raised silver design tufa cast and has the
outside showing an avanyu in the stars on oner side then geomtric patterns n the reverse side of the stones as well as the inside of bracelet has a design of raised silver on silver mountains, yucca,
moon, cactus, rain clouds with lightning coming out of the clouds,a wagon, a coyote howling at the moon three horses running.
This is extaordinarily beautiful truly wearable art that will be enjoyed by the wearer, long remembered and admired by those who admire it as it's being worn.
