Marc Antia is the Navajo artist of this large man or woman's wide silver stamped
overlay round domed cuff. In order to achieve a good fit on a bracelet its important to make sure
that the shape of your wrist matches the shape of the bracelet you are considering,
to get the best results.
More often than not, most of our bracelets fit a flat wrist more than a round wrist,
generally speaking. However if we know you have a more round wrist then we can find
bracelets to fit a round wrist. This particular bracelet, for example is indeed,
more for a round wrist person. Bracelet's thickness in consistent at 1/16"W. This bracelet
measures 2 1/2"H total, from base to top of dome then just 2 1/4" from
base opening of bracelet to top of edge of bracelet where your wrist would fit, not counting the dome.
Width of bracelet is consistent 1 1/4"W, this does not taper. Opening alone is 1 3/8"W.
Measuring the inside of the bracelet all the way around including the opening,
this measures 8". Measure your wrist at the base of your wrist right where your hand attaches.
When measuring your wrist with a soft cloth tape measuring tape,
remember that when you measure however tight that tape is
will determine just how tight the bracelet will be. Another consideration is,
the wider the bracelet is, then the bigger the bracelet will need to be
much like when measuring a ring.
The wider the band then also you will need a slightly larger size all depending
on the width of the item you are trying to fit. This bracelet could be sized once slightly smaller
in it's depth by about 1/8" to 1/2". Its a matter of being careful to do this and a matter of
having the strength to do this. Most likely best left for your jeweler to do this for you
so no damage occurs to the bracelet. This bracelet could be opened but only 1/8", this would
make the opening 1 1/2" which is the maximum this bracelet could be opened before
it would just fall off your wrist. We most likely have the best selection right now if ever
of large silver cuff bracelets for to to choose from. This weighs 104.2 grams, with quality weight
without being too weighty. The look of this bracelet is unique with looks to be silver overlay
on both edges that match, then a center strip that is unique unto itself
and looks to be overlaid as well.
This design gives the bracelet interest and dimension.
