Purchased from an estate, ready to acquire this beautiful oval silver & gold Bolo Tie

by Santo Domingo master silversmith Joseph Coriz, signed JDC, sterling 14K. 

This Bolo Tie features nature & the forces of nature, a circular Sun (14k gold),

lightning, symbolized by an arrow pointing downward, 

and rain, vertical lines coming down from the three puffs of clouds, then rain clouds with

Corn or maze and a pot. This demonstrates nature and all things beautiful

naturally found in life and in their native designs.

End to end this Bolo measures 22 1/4" L.

Bolo is oval in shape with stamped scalloped edging encircling the Bolo.

Bolo measures 2"H x 1 1/2"W.

Nice quality weight for a Bolo this size.

Bolo weighs 46.4 grams.

Bolo strap is black leather measures standard width 1/4"W.

Bolo backing is a figure 8 rather than a clasp backing makes for easy on and off.

I also placed this Bolo under Hopi Bolos even though

it is not Hopi because it looks Hopi and for someone

who wants "that look" it's a good idea to see this Bolo as well.
