SOLD 1980's made Silver Concho Belt made with all 50 cent pieces. Edge of each Concho shows lines on each edge,
much like a 50 cent piece would have so you can see it "is evident". Buckle is larger than all other Conchos
it measures 2 1/2"H x 3"L. All other Conchos are 1 1/2"W x 2"L. This belt is unique in how it is made,
it has attractive stamp work and it has a quality weight, plus it is not sterling it is pure silver, and in
addition to that another plus,it is made extra special using leather backing on each concho with
brass backing on each Concho. There are a total of 16 oval Conchos and one larger buckle.
This belt sits on dark brown leather measuring 1/2" width. End to end belt measures 44"L.
The stamp work is impeccable and in addition to that you have silver overlay design showing
two layers of silver and background lines as shown in Hopi jewelry with looks to be liver of Sulpher
to darken 1st layer of silver...seen around the diamond outside of center as well as just inside
of the outer oval edge. Unsigned but made in the same fashion as Jeff Morris who
did two others we are selling. Signed Handmade for Dean Love Scott, Jeff Morris Taos.
